Analyst, Cyber Security

Simon Property Group is looking for an experienced Analyst, Cyber Security to join our corporate information security team. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about information security and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our systems and data remain secure. The successful candidate will be a key part of our team and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Group’s cyber security solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, have a strong technical knowledge of cyber security, and be able to think outside the box to create innovative solutions. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, as is experience working with cyber security technologies and frameworks. A certification in cyber security (e.g. CISSP, SSCP, or CISM) would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain cyber security solutions for the Simon Property Group
2. Monitor and analyze cyber security threats and vulnerabilities
3. Develop and execute security policies and procedures
4. Research and evaluate emerging cyber security technology and trends
5. Create and conduct employee cyber security training
6. Perform regular risk assessments and security audits
7. Implement processes to ensure compliance with security standards
8. Investigate and respond to security incidents
9. Provide technical support for security-related issues
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cyber security best practices
