Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst, Lease to join our team at Simon Property Group. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate or commercial leasing industry, as well as an understanding of commercial leases and legal terms. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proficient in data analysis and able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and review commercial leases and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Develop creative solutions to complex problems related to commercial lease agreements and negotiations.
  3. Create reports and presentations to present findings to internal stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
  5. Develop and monitor metrics to measure the performance of commercial leasing initiatives.
  6. Research industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities.
  7. Provide support to the team during lease negotiations.
  8. Stay up to date on changes in real estate and legal regulations.
  9. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of lease agreements.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company and legal regulations.
