- Review and analyze lease agreements for various properties within the company's portfolio.
- Ensure lease terms and conditions are accurately reflected in company records and systems.
- Conduct financial analysis of lease agreements to inform decision-making and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements for new and existing properties.
- Identify areas for improvement in lease management processes and implement solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to lease management.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for lease-related inquiries and issues.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Lease Administration
Strong Understanding Of Lease Agreements And Legal Terminology
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Software
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
