Job Description

The Simon Property Group is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and developing all operational activities within the company, including managing and coordinating personnel, strategic planning, budgeting, and customer service.We are looking for a driven and organized individual with strong leadership and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in an operations-related role.This is a great opportunity to join a leading real estate company and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. You must be able to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, while also leading and motivating team members to meet and exceed goals. Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  3. Lead and motivate team members to meet and exceed operational goals.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  5. Lead strategic planning and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  6. Monitor customer service and implement improvements as necessary.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
