  1. Oversee and manage the coordination of tenant installations within our properties.
  2. Ensure timely completion and seamless transition of tenant installations.
  3. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  6. Collaborate with leasing and development teams to ensure tenant installations align with overall property goals.
  7. Conduct thorough reviews of tenant plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to tenants throughout the installation process.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to tenant coordination.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail operations and construction processes.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members in tenant coordination and project management.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tenant coordination activities.
  13. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact project timelines.
  15. Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in tenant coordination.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Tenant Coordination Or Project Management Within The Retail Or Commercial Real Estate Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes And Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Drawings.

  • Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
