  1. Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys on various legal matters.
  2. Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and databases.
  4. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
  5. Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents and contracts.
  6. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  7. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
  8. Provide guidance and training to junior paralegals and support staff.
  9. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Participate in meetings and discussions with the legal team to provide insights and recommendations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  12. Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop strategies and solutions for legal matters.
  13. Conduct due diligence and assist in the preparation of legal documents for mergers and acquisitions.
  14. Ensure all legal documents and contracts are filed and stored properly.
  15. Assist in the preparation of legal budgets and monitor expenses.
  16. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and vendors.
  17. Attend court hearings and assist attorneys with trial preparation.
  18. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
  19. Uphold the company's values and policies in all interactions and work tasks.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the legal field.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Real Estate Law And Experience With Commercial Leasing And Property Management.

  • Strong Research And Writing Skills, As Well As The Ability To Draft Legal Documents And Contracts.

  • Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Meeting Tight Deadlines.
