- Develop and implement company-wide environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and implement safety training programs.
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update safety records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Develop emergency response plans and lead emergency response drills.
- Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay current on all environmental regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement measures to minimize the company's environmental footprint.
- Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders to promote environmental sustainability.
- Assist in the development and management of the company's environmental budget.
- Communicate and educate employees on environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve environmental health and safety programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Position, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Knowledge Of Local And International Environmental Regulations And Standards.
Strong Understanding Of Workplace Safety Protocols And Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Environmental And Safety Procedures.
