- Maintain and troubleshoot telecommunication equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and test new telecommunication equipment and services.
- Monitor network performance and conduct regular maintenance to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding telecommunication services and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology.

Strong Technical Background And Knowledge In Telecommunications Systems, Including Experience With Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Of Various Equipment And Networks.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Efficiently.
Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Diagrams And Schematics, As Well As Understanding And Following Technical Manuals And Procedures.
Experience In Working With A Variety Of Telecommunications Tools And Equipment, Such As Cable Testers, Multimeters, And Fiber Optic Splicers.
