  1. Maintain and troubleshoot telecommunication equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Install, configure, and test new telecommunication equipment and services.
  3. Monitor network performance and conduct regular maintenance to identify and resolve issues.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding telecommunication services and provide timely and effective solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  8. Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network and customer data.
  11. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers to provide accurate updates on projects and issues.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase necessary equipment and materials.
  14. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for network emergencies.
  15. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background And Knowledge In Telecommunications Systems, Including Experience With Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Of Various Equipment And Networks.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Efficiently.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Diagrams And Schematics, As Well As Understanding And Following Technical Manuals And Procedures.

  • Experience In Working With A Variety Of Telecommunications Tools And Equipment, Such As Cable Testers, Multimeters, And Fiber Optic Splicers.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Technicians, As Well As Effectively Communicate With Customers And Higher-Level Management.
