We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is a key role in our company, responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and enhance our reputation.   1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively promote the Sirius XM Radio brand and enhance its reputation.
  2. Create and manage all external communications, including press releases, media pitches, and social media content.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all communication channels.
  4. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and key influencers to secure media coverage and increase brand visibility.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for proactive and reactive communications.
  6. Act as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating key messages to the media and other external audiences.
  7. Oversee crisis communication strategies and act as a liaison between the company and the media during times of crisis.
  8. Manage and monitor company's online reputation and respond to any negative comments or reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, providing communication support and guidance as needed.
  10. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Ensure all communications adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.
  12. Stay up-to-date with current communication tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve communication effectiveness.
  13. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  14. Train and coach team members on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and promote company initiatives and campaigns through various communication channels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Communications Or Public Relations, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Craft Clear And Concise Messaging For Various Audiences.

  • Experience Managing Media Relations And Crisis Communication Strategies.

  • Familiarity With Digital And Social Media Platforms, And The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Communication Campaigns Across These Channels.
