Sirius XM Radio is seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Booker to join our team and help us curate the best lineup of guests and performers for our radio shows.   1. Source and identify talented individuals in the music and entertainment industry through various means such as attending events, networking, and researching.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with artists, performers, publicists, and booking agencies to secure guest appearances and performances on our radio shows.
  3. Collaborate with show producers and hosts to understand their vision and needs for each show and provide suggestions for suitable guests and performers.
  4. Conduct thorough research on potential guests and performers to ensure they align with the values and brand of Sirius XM Radio.
  5. Negotiate and finalize deals and contracts with guests and performers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  6. Coordinate and manage all logistics for guest and performer appearances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to anticipate and secure upcoming talent for our shows.
  8. Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to effectively promote and market guest appearances and performances.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential guests and performers.
  10. Communicate and maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests and performers throughout the booking process and beyond.
  11. Ensure all legal and ethical guidelines are followed in the booking and promoting of guests and performers.
  12. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the guest and performer booking process and overall show content.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Music Genres And Artists, As Well As Current Industry Trends.

  • Strong Network And Connections Within The Music Industry, Including Relationships With Artists, Managers, Publicists, And Agents.

  • Proven Experience In Booking And Coordinating High-Profile Musical Performances And Interviews For Radio Shows Or Events.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Secure Top Talent While Staying Within Budget And Meeting Production Deadlines.
