  1. Curate and maintain a lineup of top-notch artists and personalities for Sirius XM Radio's various music channels.
  2. Utilize industry knowledge and network to identify and book the best talent in the music industry.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, and other industry professionals to secure bookings.
  4. Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their representatives.
  5. Conduct thorough research on potential talent, including their music, performance history, and industry reputation.
  6. Collaborate with programming and production teams to ensure talent aligns with the overall vision and goals of the channel.
  7. Communicate effectively with talent and their representatives to ensure all logistics and details are arranged for successful performances.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging talent to continuously improve and diversify the lineup.
  9. Attend industry events, concerts, and shows to scout for new talent and maintain relationships.
  10. Represent Sirius XM Radio in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Work closely with other members of the talent booking team to share ideas and resources.
  12. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and correspondence with talent and their representatives.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote upcoming talent and events.
  14. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance the talent booking process and improve overall performance of the channel.
