- Collaborate with radio show hosts and producers to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with talent, ensuring fair and beneficial terms for both parties.
- Manage and maintain relationships with talent and their representatives, serving as the main point of contact for all communication and coordination.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, performances, and appearances for talent, ensuring all logistics are in place.
