The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive reward and recognition program that will reward employees for their performance and contributions to the organization.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He or she must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful and actionable format. The candidate must also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.As Reward Manager, you will be a key member of our Human Resources team, ensuring that our reward and recognition program is tailored to meet the needs of the organization and our employees. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive rewards and recognition program that is attractive, effective, and fair. You will also be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and developments, and providing insights and recommendations for the program. Responsibilities for the Reward Manager position:
