Job Description

At Sky Group, we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Manager. This is a unique opportunity to drive the success of our projects and programs at Sky Group.The Senior PMO Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our projects and programs. The successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of our projects and programs, and will be accountable for the governance, control and delivery of our strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will have a background in project and program management, ideally with a degree in a relevant field. They will have extensive experience in driving strategic PMO initiatives, and will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills. They will be a team player, and will be accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of our projects and programs.If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities for Senior PMO Manager:

  1. Develop and implement PMO strategies, initiatives and plans in line with Sky Group’s objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain governance, control and delivery of projects and programs.
  3. Monitor and manage project and program performance to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Ensure strategic objectives are met within specified timelines.
  5. Manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
  6. Track and report on progress and performance of projects and programs.
  7. Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members.
  8. Foster an environment of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to projects and programs.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
