Job Description

SkyWest Airlines is looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Standards Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all SkyWest Airlines policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will be the expert in the organization on these regulations and be able to consult with the human resources team on any compliance issues.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in employment law, including knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act and other applicable laws. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
