Maintenance Training Instructor

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Training Instructor at SkyWest Airlines to join our team and help us ensure the highest level of safety and operational excellence. As the Maintenance Training Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing our technicians in the safe and effective operation of our aircraft systems. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in aircraft maintenance along with a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and experience in a training role. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. In addition, you should possess strong leadership and motivational skills, an understanding of the principles of adult learning and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
