Associate Program Manager, Nonprofits

Develop long-term relationships with key nonprofit customers and become a strategic partner and advocate for them within Slack. Work with Salesforce internal teams to scope out and implement the integration of the Slack for Nonprofits program into existing and developing processes and platforms. Work in tandem with Customer Experience as a key decision maker regarding maintenance and improvement of the Slack for Nonprofits program. Operationalize reporting on the Slack for Nonprofits program against established important metrics. Support Slack employees to use volunteer time off to help nonprofit organizations be successful at using Slack. Facilitate employee-led donations to nonprofit organizations in line with Slack for Good’s mission. Assist in the creation of promotional material and workshops for a new workforce development program.
