Oversee the entire Platform portfolio of programs

Be a strategic partner to senior leadership and represent TPM in executive stakeholder meetings. Become a strong influencer with credibility with peers and stakeholders, capable of building productive, trusting relationships with partners. Develop and role out operational strategies, tools, and processes for new and existing teams. Create and modify dashboards, track dependencies, run reports, and flag risks. Build automated reporting and alerts for bugs, risks, and sprint reports. And provide regular updates on programs via reports and presentations. Drive the quarterly planning processes for the Platform teams and make incremental improvements to the process with stakeholder input. Track areas of concern, escalate risks, and identify blockers with accountability for ensuring resolutions are reached. Track projects against the committed dates and release schedule.
