Job Description

Support the development of a Salesforce education content development plan and resource library. Align with business unit leadership, Industries, Sales and Service GoTo Market teams, Product team, and other regional teams to influence design, drive adoption, and measure enablement program success. Coordinate with Salesforce Trailhead and and other Salesforce sustainability extended team members to ensure best practices are being applied. Drive accountability, ownership, metrics and the impact for the Sustainability resource library. Lead Sustainability Education content strategy planning and execution with quarterly milestones and a content management plan Content Communications. Effectively communicate Salesforce Sustainability resource library scope, details and updates to core team, and key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in journalism preferably in the climate arena and/or professional writing/editing at a tech company

  • 3+ years background in climate and sustainability

  • Capture knowledge from Salesforce sustainability experts, and external thought leaders

  • Familiar with Salesforce/large tech selling motion a plus

  • Familiar with Salesforce industry products
