
Sr. Counsel - Employee Relations
Sleep Number is looking for an experienced Sr. Counsel - Employee Relations to join our legal team. This role will provide legal advice, counsel, and support on a variety of employment matters. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of labor and employment laws, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience handling complex employee-related matters.As the Sr. Counsel - Employee Relations, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of legal and compliance services. You will ensure that Sleep Number meets all applicable legal requirements regarding employee relations and labor laws, and provide guidance on potential risk areas. You will provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and investigate employee-related matters. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and discretion, and you must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.You must have at least seven years of experience in labor and employment law and be a licensed attorney in good standing. Experience in a corporate legal environment is preferred. A record of success in employee-related matters is essential, and you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a proactive approach.
