Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs in a friendly and professional manner

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit payments

• Issue receipts and provide change to customers • Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining the store's cleanliness • Follow all store policies and procedures • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner • Resolve customer service issues in a friendly and efficient manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, services, and promotions • Ensure that all cash and other transactions are in accordance with company policies and procedures • Answer customer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner • Assist with other store duties as assigned
