Smart & Final is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Overnight Load Crew Member to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Working the overnight shift, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient unloading and stocking of merchandise. Responsibilities:

1. Unload and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner during the overnight shift.
2. Ensure merchandise is properly placed and labeled in accordance with company standards.
3. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
5. Follow all company policies and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
7. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
8. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
9. Monitor warehouse temperature and adjust accordingly.
10. Monitor and document merchandise and product movement.
