Overnight Load Crew

Smart & Final is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Overnight Load Crew member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently stocking our shelves during overnight shifts in a safe and organized manner.We’re looking for team members who have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous retail experience and knowledge of Smart & Final’s product lines are a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work in a safe and organized manner.
2. Accurately and efficiently stock shelves with designated product lines.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
4. Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
5. Ensure customer requests are promptly and courteously fulfilled.
6. Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
7. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of product throughout the shift.
8. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
9. Demonstrate knowledge of Smart & Final’s product lines.
10. Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
