Smart & Final is seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Associate to join our team! As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping to ensure that the store is well-stocked and maintained. To be successful in this role, you will need to be friendly, organized, and have a strong understanding of customer service. • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services • Assist customers in locating items and providing product knowledge • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and arranging displays • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the store is adequately stocked • Assist in completing sale transactions and adhering to cash handling procedures • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies • Participate in team meetings and staff training sessions
