Smart & Final is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Retail Associate to join our team. We are seeking an individual that is passionate about customer service and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous grocery store retail experience preferred• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.• Ability to use basic math and read labels• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Stock shelves and rotate merchandise according to company standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
4. Assist in unloading delivery trucks and stocking shelves with new merchandise.
5. Ensure pricing accuracy of merchandise.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Follow and adhere to all safety and security procedures.
9. Follow company policies and procedures.
10. Other duties as assigned.
