Service Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Clerk to join the team at Smart & Final! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, an eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. If you possess strong organizational skills and the enthusiasm to help customers find what they need, we want to hear from you! The successful Service Clerk will have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Computer proficiency and a high school diploma or equivalent are also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon entering the store and provide them with excellent customer service
2. Assist customers with finding the products or services they need
3. Ensure that shelves are well stocked and organized
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
5. Process and complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed
8. Follow all safety and security procedures
9. Work independently and as part of a team
10. Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
11. Assist with other tasks as needed
