Stock Associate

As part of our store staff, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing backroom inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Receive, unpack, and store merchandise in the backroom and on the shelves.
2. Check incoming merchandise for quality assurance purposes.
3. Stock shelves with merchandise according to store standards.
4. Rotate stock regularly to ensure freshness and quality.
5. Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Assist customers with locating desired items.
8. Provide excellent customer service.
9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
10. Other duties as assigned.
