Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Booth team at Smith's Food and Drug. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers have a great experience while shopping at Smith's.The Customer Service Booth Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting customers with check-out, collecting money and maintaining checkout areas. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
