e-Commerce Department Lead

We’re looking for an outgoing and organized e-Commerce Department Lead to join the Smith’s Food and Drug team! You’ll be a key member of the e-Commerce team and responsible for driving the success of Smith’s online presence. If you’re a self-motivated leader who can think outside the box and bring a great customer experience to life, we’d love to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, a minimum of 5 years in an e-Commerce leadership role, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and customer experience best practices. You should have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
