- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Mid Market segment in the Nordics region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all account-related activities.
- Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and maximizing client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Snapchat and promote our services.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Educate clients on Snapchat's products and services, and provide guidance on how they can best utilize our platform to achieve their business goals.
- Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction levels, and take necessary actions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on Snapchat's products, features, and policies to effectively communicate and train clients on their usage.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
