Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Client Partner to join our Business Development team, focused on the Mid Market segment in the Nordics region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven track record of success in driving business results.   1. Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Mid Market segment in the Nordics region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all account-related activities.
  3. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and maximizing client acquisition and retention.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Snapchat and promote our services.
  8. Proactively identify and address client needs, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  9. Educate clients on Snapchat's products and services, and provide guidance on how they can best utilize our platform to achieve their business goals.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction levels, and take necessary actions to ensure a positive client experience.
  11. Stay updated on Snapchat's products, features, and policies to effectively communicate and train clients on their usage.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
