Director, Quality Engineering & Localization
You will lead an organization consisting of teams of Quality Engineers, Quality Assurance project managers, and Localization product specialists. You will shape the future on how we continue to iterate and evolve our products at a high speed while ensuring a quality product release after release. Develop a deep understanding of Snap’s product and platform engineering teams and their quality and testing needs. Heavily lean on data driven approach to enhance your understanding and keep it up to date on an ongoing basis. Use the understanding above to find any gaps in our existing Quality and Testing strategies. Build tools and processes required to allow our Quality approach to scale for the next decade.
12+ years of software engineering experience
6+ years of experience managing a team
Experience with large scale consumer facing platforms
Experience leading a large team at scale and managing multiple Quality and Software engineering teams with an eye to driving efficiency
Deep knowledge of and experience working with a diverse group of engineers
