
Customer Service Representative
SoCalGas is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. If you are a people person who enjoys helping others, this may be the perfect job for you. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role. A degree in business, customer service, or a similar field is preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

- Remain up-to-date on company products, services, and customer service policies.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
