Job Description

The SoCalGas team is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for driving results and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a highly organized individual who is eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and problem-solve. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and executing complex projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timeline objectives.The Project Manager will provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful delivery of projects. In addition, they will be responsible for managing all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closeout. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is a must. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closeout.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
  4. Analyze and resolve project related issues.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  6. Facilitate project communication and team collaboration.
  7. Maintain project documentation.
  8. Create and review reports to ensure project success.
  9. Utilize project management methodologies and best practices.
  10. Manage project budget and resources.
