The Executive Sous Chef will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the executive chef in menu creation and the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.The successful candidate must have excellent culinary skills and a proven track record of success in the kitchen. They must be creative and have a passion for food and cooking. The ideal candidate should have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
