Job Description

Sodexo is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have the capability to manage the operational activities of our business, while also helping to support our strategic objectives. The successful candidate should have a passion for problem-solving and excellent communication skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice operations• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations• Proven ability to manage a team and build strong working relationships• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related software programs• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively• Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectivelyIf you’re passionate about operations management and want to make a positive impact on our business, we’d love to hear from you!
