Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Manager at Sodexo. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive patient experience by designing and executing patient-centric initiatives. As a Patient Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our patients and ensure that their experience meets their expectations.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have an eye for detail. You must be an effective communicator and have an understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends. Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, and/or project management is preferred. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing patient-centric initiatives and strategies is essential.We are looking for someone with a passion for patient experience, who is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
