Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and organized Patient Services Manager to join our team at Sodexo. We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of care, and the Patient Services Manager is a key role in this endeavor. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the patient services team, ensuring that clinical procedures and standards are implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care, and have demonstrated success in a similar role. In addition to strong leadership and organizational skills, the successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in a patient services role, be familiar with the principles of continuous quality improvement, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
