Job Description

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the VP of Partnership Strategies & Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance the overall client experience.   1. Develop and implement a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with Sodexo's overall business objectives and drives growth.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Sodexo's values and brand.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiation and contract management.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  6. Monitor and track the success of partnerships, and make adjustments as needed to drive results.
  7. Manage a team of partnership managers and provide guidance and support in their partnership development efforts.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for partnership initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in order to identify new partnership opportunities.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on partnership initiatives and results.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support partnership development efforts.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sodexo's services and capabilities in order to effectively pitch and negotiate partnerships.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Sodexo at industry events and conferences to promote partnership opportunities and build relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Partnership Development, Account Management, Or Sales Within The Foodservice Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Closing Large-Scale Partnerships And Contracts.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Partnership Managers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
