1. Collaborate with the team of artists to develop and execute creative concepts for lingerie designs.
2. Use your knowledge and understanding of design principles and techniques to contribute to the development of unique and innovative designs.
3. Work closely with the Lead Artist to ensure that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
4. Assist in the creation of sketches and digital renderings of designs for presentations and meetings.
5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to help inform and inspire design decisions.
6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final production.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure designs meet brand and product requirements.
8. Prepare and organize design files and materials for presentations and meetings.
9. Assist in managing and maintaining the design calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
10. Take direction and feedback from the team and utilize it to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs.
11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting and learning from fellow team members.
12. Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and priorities.
13. Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
14. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the role and the company.
