1. Collaborate with the Art Director to understand and execute the brand's visual aesthetic and tone.
2. Assist in creating original and compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
3. Ensure all visual assets align with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
4. Utilize industry trends and market research to help develop innovative and engaging visual concepts.
5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and their preferences to inform visual decisions.
6. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all platforms.
7. Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and other visual projects.
8. Conduct photo research and source appropriate images and graphics for marketing materials.
9. Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality standards are met.
10. Manage and organize the company's digital image library.
11. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques.
12. Ensure all visual content is delivered on time and within budget.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visuals support and enhance overall marketing campaigns.
14. Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the brand.
