We are currently seeking a Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service and lead our store in achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and an entrepreneurial spirit.The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, building relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales associates. This position requires an individual who is motivated, results-driven, and has exceptional problem-solving skills. The Store Manager must be able to multitask and prioritize their workload while managing a team of associates. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and maximize profitability • Supervise, motivate, and monitor store associates in order to ensure they exceed customer expectations and meet sales goals • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty • Perform daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising • Monitor store performance metrics to ensure goals are met • Manage store budgets and control expenses • Recruit, train, and develop store associates • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay informed of current fashion and industry changes • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote store products and services • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
