The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team and independently, and a demonstrated history of achieving sales goals. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service, possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving ability, and the ability to develop relationships with customers.If you have a passion for sales and have the experience and skills we are seeking, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities • Present and promote products to customers in a professional manner • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals • Track sales progress and provide timely updates to management • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity • Prepare and submit sales reports to management • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Utilize CRM to manage customer records and ensure accurate data is maintained • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
