- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements: The Associate Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts and agreements on behalf of Sony. This includes working with top talent and ensuring that all legal terms and conditions are met.
- Conduct legal research and analysis: The candidate will be expected to conduct legal research and analysis to support the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements. This may include reviewing industry trends, competitor contracts, and legal standards.
- Prepare legal documents: The Associate Manager will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments. These documents must be accurate, thorough, and compliant with legal standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business And Legal Affairs, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Experience Drafting And Negotiating Contracts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proven Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Handle Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.
