Field Application Scientist
Provide pre- and post-sales support for company products (in person and remote). Conduct customer training at customer sites. Perform instrument demonstrations. Conduct seminars, workshops and represent the company at meetings. Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc). Provide reports, marketing intelligence and information to supervisor and other company personnel as required. Utilize a contact management system with regularity by updating contact info, adding notes, customer information, etc. Maintain relevant internal communications to optimize business growth and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multi-laser and/or multicolor flow cytometry applications is required.
Experience in multicolor cytometry and cell sorting are required
Experience in spectral flow cytometry or cell and gene therapy is desired
Manage time, activities and expenses to optimize productivity and minimize the cost of doing business.
