Manager, Cybersecurity Service Management

Help build an effective cyber security service management function by providing key support and leadership within a variety of related efforts. Work directly with senior level customer contacts to understand customer needs and key feedback areas of improvement. Respond to and manage all feedback until closure. Closely support SONY service owners in understanding key customer feedback, measuring service performance, and ensuring continuous improvement of services. Support the development and implementation of performance measurement vehicles (KPIs, SLAs, PIs, and other key metrics)
Develop supporting plans, core processes, and procedures to effectively measure service performance, manage requirements and feedback, and plan service improvements. Closely communicate with Planning and Strategy leaders to ensure effective planning of future initiatives.
