
Salesforce Specialist
Lead key Salesforce Marketing projects or enhancements such as Multi-org migration, Return Path Migration, All Subs clean-up, Datorama reports, Contacts Archival, etc. Monitor Salesforce release notes and inform user on key upcoming changes related to security, product end-of-life, relevant enhancements, etc.). Monitor marketing cloud support tickets and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and resolutions follow best practices. Create and drive action plans to improve process health and proactively manage dependencies, issues, risks, and potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals. Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve. Conduct regular reviews of utilization reports, service/support calls and BU feedback to evaluate areas of waste and improvement. Manage contracts/purchases of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple business units to help.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations or Salesforce administration
Ability to collaborate and lead others including remote team members
Ability to interface with both business and technical teams across businesses
Salesforce admin or Marketing Cloud specialist certification preferred
