Marketing and Digital Communications Project Manager

In this job, you’ll be a part of the team that is transforming the way SCE markets its programs and services to all business and residential customer segments in order to drive more efficient marketing outcomes and enhance the overall service experience for SCE customers. Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition marketing campaigns across a portfolio of programs, including automated offer management and vertical campaigns that are driven by advanced analytics & data modeling and build in performance measurements to monitor and report on effectiveness, leading to the continuous improvement of user experience and overall ROI. Oversee and develop multi-channel go-to-market implementation plans that are grounded on strategic channel/media planning & execution. Develop and track performance metrics to measure success of marketing/ digital portfolio plans.
