Media Relations Advisor

You will develop and execute strategic communications plans, assess their effectiveness, and fine-tune strategies as required. In addition, you will provide media response during emergency/crisis situations and will serve as a Public Information Officer (PIO) during Incident Management Team activations. Serve as a key media relations contact/spokesperson, particularly on sensitive or high profile issues, to national, regional and local electronic and print news organizations, as well as industry trade journals. Create and disseminate content across multiple platforms, including communications plans, message maps, talking points, news releases, media pitches, digital and social content executive speeches, op-eds, etc. Provide media response during emergency/crisis situations.
