
Regional Scheduling Specialist
In this job, you will be directly responsible for the processing of new work, scheduling of work with internal (SCE) and external (contractor) construction resources, tracking performance, and conducting analysis in support of regional goals. Review and prepare work order packages for internal SCE and external contractor construction crews. Directly manage and maintain project status reports to ensure timely and accurate updates are made. This includes monitoring scheduled start dates, completion dates, major milestones, and other pertinent project information. Monitor annual purchase order values and submit requests to replenish funds, as necessary. Extract, compare, and analyze data from various internal source systems to identify reporting inconsistencies and address data gaps. Provide process improvement recommendations to the Regional Scheduling Supervisor (RSS) to ensure adherence to established timelines, compliance, and overall data accuracy.
Three or more years of experience working in an analytical position.
Customer focused with ability to understand and appropriately respond to project managers and clients’ business needs.
Experience working across disciplines and effectively engaging various levels of internal and external suppliers and stakeholders
