  1. Oversee and manage commercial projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop contingency plans to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations for project feasibility.
  6. Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget updates, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively track and report project progress.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency to drive project success.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and other project managers as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to project management processes and strategies.
  15. Act as a champion for the company's mission, values, and goals, and uphold them in all project activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Project Management, Preferably In The Energy Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Principles, Techniques, And Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Commercial Projects On Time And Within Budget.
